PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

1. Paypal *
2. Direct Deposit (call for details and order number)
3. Credit Card / Stripe *
4. Afterpay *
5. Zip Pay *
6. Phone orders (Paid directly over the phone)

* please note that third-party payment processing providers such as PayPal, Stripe, Afterpay and ZipPay each have their own set of terms and conditions, which may apply to your situation. Payment acceptance via these methods is at the discretion of these providers, and Suncoast Hydroponics takes no responsibility, nor accepts any liability, for your dealings with these payment providers.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY

All orders shipped via the Shipit system, which automatically calculated your freight based upon the product weights / dimensions and the area to be delivered.

Local delivery/pickup option is available on request.

DISCRETE SHIPPING - Goods are shipped in non-descriptive, sealed plain cartons or similar.

Dangerous goods cannot be shipped without prior arrangement.

All goods are dispatched from: Odin & Zeke Holdings PTY LTD, 10/13 Kerryl St Kunda Park Q 4556.

Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

P.O. Boxes can only be used as a delivery address with Australia Post and for small cartons weighing under 20kg only.

NOTE: Occasionally bulky goods attract a large freighting cost.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

While all care is taken in packaging and transport, occasionally parcels can be damaged in transport.

If the carton or packaging is damaged to the point where you suspect internal contents may be also be damaged, mark it as such on the delivery paperwork if possible.

An example of this would be:

• Accepted in good order and condition signature: “your signature”
• You then write, “Carton Damaged on arrival S.T.I.” (subject to inspection) then sign.

In the event of damage in transport, please contact us on (07) 5445 3499 or via email immediately.

Claims must be made via email or phone arrangement within 48hrs of arrival.

A claim number will be issued and further instructions given depending on the circumstances.

Once the issue has been resolved, all details will be destroyed.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

All items sold online are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty and Australian consumer law.

Items purchased online are to be returned at your freighting expense to the manufacturer.

Any goods presented for warranty or return MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase.

While we will endeavour to help make this process as fast and efficient as possible, returns to warehouse or retail outlets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

IF IN ANY DOUBT, PLEASE PHONE US FIRST AND WAIT FOR INSTRUCTION.

We may ask for the item to be returned to us if the manufacturer instructs, alternately the fastest recourse is usually direct to manufacturer.

PRIVACY

Customer privacy is paramount to us.

This website is protected by SSL certification for your privacy and security.

All online transaction details are handled by store management only.

You may be prompted at times for details to be stored or you can choose to shop as a guest until checkout.

IF SHOPPING AS A “GUEST” ALL DETAILS WILL BE DELETED AFTER TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT.

PICKUPS

Pickups and returns from warehouses or our retail outlet for goods purchased online are not usually permitted UNLESS prior arrangements have been made.

Please specify your location when ordering by email.

While we always endeavour to keep our pricing as up to date as possible, prices may be subject to change without notice.

In some cases online prices may differ from instore prices.
