All orders shipped via the Shipit system, which automatically calculated your freight based upon the product weights / dimensions and the area to be delivered.

DISCRETE SHIPPING - Goods are shipped in non-descriptive, sealed plain cartons or similar.
Dangerous goods cannot be shipped without prior arrangement.

Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
P.O. Boxes can only be used as a delivery address with Australia Post and for small cartons weighing under 20kg only.
NOTE: Occasionally bulky goods attract a large freighting cost.
While all care is taken in packaging and transport, occasionally parcels can be damaged in transport.
If the carton or packaging is damaged to the point where you suspect internal contents may be also be damaged, mark it as such on the delivery paperwork if possible.

Claims must be made via email or phone arrangement within 48hrs of arrival.
A claim number will be issued and further instructions given depending on the circumstances.
Once the issue has been resolved, all details will be destroyed.
All items sold online are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty and Australian consumer law.
Items purchased online are to be returned at your freighting expense to the manufacturer.
Any goods presented for warranty or return MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase.
While we will endeavour to help make this process as fast and efficient as possible, returns to warehouse or retail outlets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

We may ask for the item to be returned to us if the manufacturer instructs, alternately the fastest recourse is usually direct to manufacturer.
